My practice has encompassed a variety of commercial litigation disputes including breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, premises liability, products liability, negligence, nuisance, eminent domain, and corporate governance. My diverse experiences in various industries—including environmental, real estate, construction, financial services, insurance, and healthcare—have equipped me to assist clients in a broad spectrum of disputes that arise in operating a business.

As valedictorian of my class at South Texas College of Law Houston, I participated as a member of the South Texas Law Review and vice chair of the Board of Advocates. In addition, I obtained best oral advocate in competition for moot court. I am also a member of the Order of the Scribes and Order of the Barristers. My success in law school was predicated on thoughtful, efficient research and discerning analysis.

I apply these same skills to my practice both in and out of the courtroom. I endeavor to provide clients thorough analysis of legal issues and collaborate with clients on developing strategies that align with client goals for optimal outcomes. When arguing a motion or advocating before a judge, my objective is to present legal issues in a concise and inciteful manner while zealously advocating for my client.

I understand that legal disputes can be stressful and overwhelming. I strive to provide a supportive and approachable environment for my clients. I believe that authenticity and sincerity are key to building strong relationships with clients and achieving successful outcomes.

On my own time, I enjoy attending Houston sporting events and sampling local eateries and breweries.
