We asked each member of the Copeland and Rice team what advice they would give to their younger self. Morgan Copeland shared the importance of devoting non-billable time to developing and cultivating a network of professional contacts, as well as undertaking carefully selected activities like speaking and involvement in industry organizations. Perhaps most importantly, Morgan says he would “tell myself to lighten up a bit, to have more fun, and to not take myself and my job quite so seriously.”
